Ingredients:
6 cups chicken broth
1/2 small can tomato sauce
one diced onion
3 garlic cloves minced
1 bunch kale – rinsed and chopped
1/2 package cole slaw mix
2 medium potatoes diced
1 small can kidney beans
1 meaty ham bone
1 to 2 links linguisa sausage
Place all ingredients in large soup pot and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for one to two hours.
